Pachyderm is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our Customer Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end strategies and materials to increase adoption and usage of Pachyderm’s platform by technical stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in the success of Pachyderm by serving as a technical expert on the solutions and cooperating with multiple teams to increase technical knowledge about the ecosystem of tools in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with multiple teams and flex your technical muscles while also being part of the customer-facing, go-to-market organization.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain environments and enablement materials for Pachyderm product demonstrations
  • Ensure that demonstrations are integrated with global learning and sales enablement
  • Assist with the delivery of technical training to pre- and post-sales engineering, and partners worldwide, both remotely and face-to-face (upon resumption of travel)
  • Contribute to the definition of the technical value proposition of Pachyderm solutions
  • Build out product marketing initiatives including case studies, white papers, reference architecture diagrams, and partner integration materials
  • Present the technical value proposition of Pachyderm solutions at market events, conferences, webinars, and customer briefing
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as required
  • Assist teams with market and competitive analyses

 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software experience
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Excellent technical understanding of Data Science platforms and cloud infrastructure tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Working technical knowledge within the ML/AI and MLOps industries
  • Ability to work in a technical environment to deliver demonstrations
  • Knowledge of source control systems and the software development life cycle
  • Solid understanding of open-source software development processes, methodologies, and communities
  • Proven record of success in fast-moving, highly technical environment, including a proven ability to learn, understand, and adopt net technologies quickly
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in collaborating and leading disparate groups to consensus
  • Metrics-focused and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (In a non-pandemic world, of course)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science is a plus
